| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |
| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
| What is the return policy? |

- All products from Buy a Safe.com are shipped brand new and un-opened.
If for any reason you received a defective or a damaged product, Buy a
Safe.com will take it back and replace it at no cost to you. - All other returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee plus the costs of any shipping involved.
- You must call or email us before you return any product to receive an RGA# (return goods authorization).
Without an RGA we will not accept any returns. -
Keep in mind that any product you return unless its defective or
damaged in shipping, must be un-opened in its original package.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. -
If a product gets defective after the 30 day period, you must contact
the manufacture for a replacement as each manufacture carries a
different warranty.
