All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will NOT accept any returns after the 30 day period.
High security locks like Medeco and Mul-t-lock are not returnable for a refund or exchange. These locks are keyed and registered personally for each customer and are not resalable if returned. Please make sure you are choosing the correct products before you order. If you cannot decide or feel that you need assistance, you may call us at 818-885-6280.
All products returned to us for a refund must be un-opened in its original packaging. If the item is not returned for damages, it must be in a resalable condition.
Customer must inspect shipment upon receipt and report any issues to BUYsSafe within 48 hours. Please keep all original packaging until you have inspected and approved your shipment. If for any reason you receive a defective or damaged product, BUYaSafe.com will exchange it at no cost to you. Please contact our office immediately if you refused delivery of a shipment due to damages in transit.
We will not accept any returns without an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization). You must call or email us before you return any product to receive the RGA#. All returns will be subject to a 20% Restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any Return Shipping fees.
Should a product become defective after the 30 day period, you must contact the manufacturer directly as each manufacturer carries a different warranty. BUYaSafe.com will be glad to assist you with manufacturer’s contact information.
For assistance with damaged parcel shipments, the customer must notify BUYaSafe within 24 hours of receipt.
All safes weighing 150 lbs. or more are shipped via a freight company. The freight carrier provides either loading dock or curbside delivery based on the location (business or residential). Curbside delivery is defined as delivery of the safe as close to the actual delivery address as possible - typically to the door step or next to the garage door, the driver is not permitted to go over the threshold. Liftgate service is available at no extra cost to you.
All safes that are shipped via freight company must be inspected by you immediately upon receipt for any damages or malfunctions that may have occurred while in transit. You should not sign for the shipment unless you have inspected the item. Once a freight delivery has been accepted and signed for, BUYaSafe will not be responsible for any damages or claims.
Lift-gate service is available at no extra charge and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to coordinate inside delivery of the freight with the trucking company, sub-contractors, and/or themselves. The freight carrier is not responsible for the inside delivery, unless you selected and purchased the inside delivery service that we offer on our website. White-Glove delivery is available for any of your purchases for an additional charge. White Glove options can include threshold delivery, inside delivery (room of choice, upstairs, etc.), unpacking and hauling away of cartons and packing material and other services. Contact us directly for options and pricing.
Packages that are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS and are left unattended outside on front porch, next to door or side of house etc. by the driver are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to make arrangements with your delivery driver as to your preference for receiving packages should you not be available. BUYaSafe will not be responsible for any packages that are left unattended. Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For All International Shipments: Any and all Duties, Taxes and/or Customs Fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. BUYaSafe will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred during delivery.
Credit card charge backs are not accepted buy BUYaSafe for any reason while the customer still has possession of the product. If there is a problem with the product you ordered you must contact us directly before taking any actions with the credit card company.
